Williams / Bally WPC89/WPC89-S Driver Board

WDB089 – Driver Board compatible with Williams WPC89 and WPC-S pinball games.  The boards that this replaces are Bally / Williams part numbers A-12697-1, A-12697-3, and A-12697-4.

This board is a direct plug in replacement for the original OEM driver board.  

Key Benefits

– Superior +5V Low Drop Out (LDO) regulation for operation at lower line voltages

– Inrush current into power supply capacitors reduced for longer supply life

– Simplified solenoid driver design using FET technology with oversized transistors

– Discrete diodes replace bridge rectifiers for ease of troubleshooting and reduction in heat

– Test points and LEDs added for all voltages generated on the board

– Test point locations put into one location and clearly marked for easier troubleshooting

– All new (not 20+ year old) components and PCB
